Sensuality? Me?

Many women when I encounter them choose to tell mehow sensuality is just not a part of who they are.  Their reasons are usually the same:  age, weight, economic limitations, etc...
Ladies please hear me when I say NONE of these things are a problem.
Being a Goddess, being sensual, tapping into that incredible feminine power has nothing to do with any of these things.  It is all about attitude.
Keep in mind that I have always been "cute" at best for the majority of my life.  I am NOT the woman that will ever give women like Catherine Zeta-Jones a run for her money.  I am the everyday woman in her 40's who has raised a family, is a mom, likes to make my own soap and loves to cook for relaxation.  I am an average woman but what makes me different is that finally on the back end of my 40's I know who I am, I know my value and I know where my power lies.
Sensuality is not about a smoldering look or a piece of clothing.  It's about knowing who you are and owning that!
I believe it was Steve Harvey who said that everything men do is to impress a woman and yet ladies somehow as time has evolved, we have forgotten that rule.  But truly it is not just about the man (or partner regardless of your sexual preferences), it is about falling in love with YOURSELF!  A lovely side effect of reclaiming your own innner goddess is that you attract people to you.
As women we have incredible power but we must choose to use it.  Are you sensual?  You bet?  Have  you buried that part of you?  Only you know.  How do you get it back?  We will talk about that quite a bit as we go along but here is how you start:
Remember who you are.  Remember that at the core of your being you are an amazing woman.  Hold your head high, stand a little taller and SMILE.
A woman who is self assure is beautiful, desirable, sexy, beautiful and sensual and regardless of her lot in life she is POWERFUL!
Claim that power.
I will admit that for myself I do take aesthetic steps as well.   I threw out my sweat pants and opted for yoga pants, just a comfy and they look way better.  I don't leave the house without making sure I look what I feel my best is for that day.  Some days that involves cosmetics other days it's simply involves washing my face and combing my hair and putting on a smile.  This is about me taking care of ME.  If I walk around feeling frumpy all day, I am going to give off the "I'm frumpy" attitude to all who encounter me.  If I decide that I am beautiful, sexy, sensual and powerful, the response of those around me shifts instantly.  Try it!
Remember life is precious and you must live it according to you always!

Live With Passion
